Insorce Operational Optimizers Pvt Ltd ("Insorce", "we") operates this website for 3-Cubed. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.
What we collect
We collect what you submit through the "Book a demo" form: your name, work email, company, industry, function, the type of enquiry, any details specific to that enquiry, and any message you write. We also collect technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use analytics to measure visits and how people use calls to action.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a demo or diagnostic, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not use them for anything unrelated. We do not sell your data.
Who sees it
Our team, and service providers who host the site and deliver form submissions to us. They may use your data only to provide those services. We disclose data beyond this only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored on the website. We keep enquiry emails for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent to being contacted at any time. Write to hello@insorce.com. We respond within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect the data you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
